Our Team
The next projects of Infoy will be held in a training center where Tanzania’s most vulnerable youth—especially girls—can learn a practical profession. The goal is to give them real skills, hope, and a future.
Next Projects
Empowering Through Skills and Opportunity
Looking ahead, our next projects will take place in a training center where Tanzania’s most vulnerable youth—especially girls—can learn a practical profession. The primary goal is to equip them with real skills, inspire hope, and offer a path toward a brighter future.
Moreover, top students will have the opportunity to start a small business, guided by an experienced leader. Meanwhile, others can return later for internships, gaining valuable experience that will help them find work and build confidence.
Ultimately, together, we are creating a cycle of opportunity, empowerment, and lasting change.
Learning From the World – Together
To give our students the best possible start, Infoy will welcome experienced international volunteers to actively join our mission. These dedicated individuals will share their professional knowledge—ranging from business and IT to creative skills and personal development.
As a result, our students will benefit not only from technical know-how but also from increased confidence, a broader global perspective, and strong work ethics. Moreover, it’s a meaningful exchange of cultures, ideas, and inspiration—ultimately building real futures, hand in hand.
Skills That Build Futures
At Infoy, we believe in practical training that leads to real opportunities. That’s why one of our next projects is setting up a center where vulnerable young people can learn a variety of professions, including:
- Sewing & fashion design
- Furniture making
- IT & web development
- Jewellery crafting
- Soap production
- Welding & plumbing
- Electrical installation
- Photography
- Sales & Marketing
The best students, in turn, will be guided to start their own small businesses—set up as cooperatives where members share profits. Meanwhile, other students can join later as interns, gaining valuable experience that makes it easier to find employment.
To ensure Infoy remains strong and self-sustaining, 10% of each cooperative’s profit will support our programs. This contribution helps us train and uplift even more youth in the future.
Together, we’re creating a clear path from learning to earning—ultimately building a brighter, independent tomorrow for Tanzania’s youth.
Volunteer with us
Do you want to make a real difference? At Infoy, we warmly welcome volunteers from around the world. If you’re ready to share your knowledge, passion, and time, you can help shape brighter futures.
We work with some of the most vulnerable youth in Tanzania—young people full of potential but lacking opportunity. As a volunteer, you’ll work side by side with our students. You’ll guide them in technical skills, confidence, professionalism, and creativity.
Importantly, you don’t need to be perfect—just passionate and willing to help. Whether you stay for a few weeks or a few months, your time can spark lasting change.
Plastic with a Purpose: Turning Waste into Hope
Plastic with a Purpose is an innovative project that transforms plastic waste into opportunity. In Tanzania, plastic pollutes our streets, rivers, and schoolyards—harming people, animals, and the environment. We collect plastic through schools, markets, and communities, where children become environmental heroes. A board member specialized in waste ensures the plastic reaches reliable recyclers. Part of the income supports education, health, and empowerment through the Infoy Foundation. With your help, we can place bins at schools, teach kids about the environment, and clean the country—one bottle at a time.
Together we can help!
